Solvent recovery units

Recovery of solvents through distillation

TERMICA equipment recovers a high percentage of solvent contained in dirty mixtures, obtaining clean regenerated solvent to be able to reuse it and reduce costs in the purchase of new product, reduce waste, management and transport costs.

Distill in your own plant or send mixtures to be distilled?

Without any doubt we advise distillation in your own plant.

TERMICA equipment has exceptional performance. Amgitec guarantees return investments of the installation in a short term.

Main features

Thermal models 50, 55, 100 and 200, with recovery capacities adapted to your production.

CE and ATEX II2G IIB T3 certificates

All equipment is CE and Atex certified by the Madariaga Official Laboratory

reactor and circuits

Constructed of stainless steel and thermally insulated, with a conical bottom to facilitate the discharge of the residue, automatic discharge with an anti-overflow sensor.

Stainless steel vapor circuit, with stainless steel exchanger and vapor filter to guarantee a completely transparent solvent.

scraper agitator

All the equipment includes a scraper agitator, allowing the mixture to be homogenized and to avoid annoying encrustations on the walls.

vacuum generator

All equipment includes a liquid ring vacuum generator generated by the distilled solvent itself, allowing mixtures to be distilled at temperatures around 50ºC.

heating system

Heat transfer by electrical resistors and thermal oil.

All Thermal models incorporate a security system that analyzes at all times any deviation from the work data and thus be able to prevent possible incidents: Control of exothermic reactions inside the reactor, temperature deviations, etc.

Electrical cabinet suitable for non-classified area. It has a PLC and a 7.5” Siemens touch screen. Intuitive control and easy to operate. It does not need constant supervision of any operator.

It allows a single distillation cycle to be carried out or to leave the system running until the dirty solvent is exhausted.

energy optimization

Incorporation of energy optimization of electrical consumption in all Thermal models.

-Automation of the transfer of solvents to other tanks.

-Production control

Other options

We can adapt solvent recovery projects to your needs, incorporating:

-Solvent storage tanks of various capacities

-Magnetic particle filters

-Sources for reception of regenerated solvent or suction of dirty solvent
